The investigation on Charlotte's murder will be taking its toll on the girls in the next "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode titled "The Gloves Are On." The liars are doing their best to put themselves in the clear and find the real perpetrator.
Aria will be doing her bit by getting a possible confession from Ezra, who has become the latest suspect. Over dinner, Ezra tried his best to prove to Aria that he is innocent but the trailer for the episode shows that the girls have started to point their fingers at him already.
"The person who made your life a living hell, I am not going to say sorry that they're dead cause I am not," an incensed Ezra tells Aria (with Hanna, Spencer and Emily behind them) in the teaser for the "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode.
Seething and hopping mad, Ezra then shoos the liars (except Aria) away by yelling "Get out! Now!" startling the ladies. From what he says, it seems reasonable that Ezra is being accused of being Charlotte's killer but that has not been proven yet.
Speaking of things in need of proof, the clip also teases that the truth about Spencer's feelings toward Caleb aka Hanna's former boyfriend could be revealed in this "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 installment.
From the looks of it, Spencer is doing everything she can to deny what she really feels toward Caleb. In her desire to keep this secret, she has gotten so comfortable in lying about them being only friends even though they may actually be more than that.
"Do you have feelings for..." Hanna asks Spencer in the promo, referring to Caleb. She gets her answer in the form of Spencer's guilty expression. Melissa seems to have seen through Spencer's "lies" as well as suggested in the "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 promo.
In another sneak peek, Hanna is seen talking Spencer into getting legal help from her mother, who is busy with her campaign for senatorial candidacy.
