The gameplay trailer for the upcoming arcade racer game "Onrush" is finally revealed ahead of its release date.

Codemasters, the developer of "Onrush," finally released the game's first gameplay trailer titled "The Stampede Is Coming." The trailer features a different arcade racer game than what players are expecting from Codemasters'. "Onrush" is proving to be a new title racing game fans will love as its focus will be on speed and total carnage rather than the usual courses that players must master.

According to Aaron Rook, the social media manager of Codemasters, all the action players saw on the trailer was taken directly from "Onrush" races that were not staged. He began a more in-depth explanation of "Onrush's" gameplay starting with the eight vehicle classes that will be featured in the game — Blade, Outlaw, Vortex, Charger, Interceptor, Dynamo, Titan and Enforcer.

Rook said each vehicle class will have its own unique style, handling and abilities. The class' unique style will be the players' ace in winning online competitions as tactics is an important factor, while special abilities will be of great use to players who either want to beat their opponents in a pulp or provide support for their respective teams. He also made note of the liveries present in the gameplay trailer. He said that the game will provide players with an innumerable number of customization options that they may use to ensure that they stand out from the stampede.

"Onrush" is scheduled to release on June 5 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Rook announced that Codemasters will launch an open beta in May to prepare players for its upcoming release. In a separate post, Rook announced that the personal computer (PC) version of the game is currently in development and will release after Xbox One and PlayStation 4's release.
