While an official announcement has yet to be made, the latest rumors claim that the highly anticipated season 2 of "One Punch Man" is arriving in fall this year.

There is no denying that "One Punch Man" season 2 is one of the most-awaited TV events of 2017. After it was reported last month that production of the anime had already kicked off, the latest rumors claim that "One Punch Man" season 2 may head to the small screen on Nov. 11. However, as no official statement has been made yet, there is still a good possibility for the anime to arrive earlier than the alleged date.

Meanwhile, apart from the rumored release date of "One Punch Man" season 2, there are also several speculations on how its story may possibly pan out. While rumors claiming that the upcoming season of the anime will feature Saitama falling in love are nothing new, recent unconfirmed reports claim that the bald superhero's love life will cause him to weaken in "One Punch Man" season 2.

Talks about Saitama facing Lord Boros anew in the upcoming season of the series have also persisted. To recall, Saitama faced the monstrous villain in the previous season of the anime and defeated him eventually. However, it is said that Lord Boros will return in season 2 and exact vengeance on Saitama as, after all, the monster is said to have the power to regenerate.

Apart from Lord Boros, rumors claiming that Saitama will also find himself in a showdown of force with Garou have also persisted for months now. Allegedly, as Garou is the only human villain that can withstand the bald superhero's iconic one punch, it is in his hands where Saitama will experience his first-ever defeat in the anime series.

However, as everything about the plot of "One Punch Man" season 2 is nothing but speculations at this point in time, just like its alleged release date, fans are advised to take things with a grain of salt for now.
