Verizon earlier teased  about the upcoming release of the Nexus 6 under their services. Now, leaked images showing the soon-to-be released Verizon Nexus 6 phone have surfaced online. Phandroid posted the leaked photos on its website, showing that the units that will be sold under Verizon will be etched with the logo of the network carrier at the back.

The Google-developed Nexus 6 made by Motorola found its way in the market on October 2014. It was earlier expected to be released by the top four network carriers in the U.S., but none of them started to offer the device to their subscribers around that time. AT&T first picked up the smartphone earlier, but Verizon will only start selling the device soon.

As the very first phablet released under the Nexus product line, the Nexus 6 came out with an impressive 5.96-inch QHD display featuring a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It is equipped with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor combined with 3 GB of RAM. Its internal storage capacity options include 32 GB and 64 GB varieties. Other specs of the Google's Nexus 6 are: a 13-megapixel rear camera with a 2-megapixel front-facing secondary shooter, complete with a 3220 mAh battery.

The phablet device is released with the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop, since it was the launching vehicle of Android's latest software.

Verizon's decision to put their company logo at space at the back of the product is not new, since AT&T also included their logo in their own Nexus 6 offering.

If purchasing the device without subscription, the Nexus 6 is priced at $649.99. However, Verizon's product offering for the product is still unconfirmed at the moment. But while the detailed information for Verizon's Nexus 6 release is still unreleased, the network carrier came up with a sign-up tab in its website to let interested consumers join the list of subscribers who want to get the first details about the product.
