New 'Scream Queen' trailer reflects creepy Red Devil's face

A couple of trailers for FOX's "Scream Queens" were previously released, each showing a college co-ed chewing gum that later on turns out to be a gross and blood-filled mess. Now, more bloody bubblegum action is featured in the newest promo for the upcoming horror-comedy anthology. This time, the face of the campus killer is shown in the clip.

In the new trailer, Emma Roberts' character named Chanel is seen fixing herself in front of a bathroom mirror before chewing a stick of the familiar bubblegum. When she pops the bubble, a huge amount of blood splatter all over the place, and she just wipes it off the mirror like it is not a big deal. Before the end of the trailer, the creepy face of the Red Devil peeks through a small clear spot in the bloody mirror.

The Red Devil is known as the university mascot where Chanel and her Kappa Sorority friends study, but is also the one responsible for all the brutal killings in the campus.

Meanwhile, series co-creator Ryan Murphy dropped a bomb about Chanel's love life in the upcoming series. In his recent interview with the Entertainment Weekly, Murphy revealed that Roberts' character will be involved in a love triangle between the characters of Glen Powell and Nick Jonas. He explained that both Powell and Jonas are involved in a golfing fraternity known as the Dollar Scholar.

"They are preppy monsters and they are white entitled kids who are on golfing scholarships and are the most popular guys on the campus. Glen Powell is Emma Roberts' boyfriend," the series co-creator said.

Murphy also pointed out that there will be a lot of love triangles and numerous sex scenes in the entire series.

The star-studded cast of the upcoming horror-comedy anthology includes Jamie Lee Curtis, who appears as the dean in the university, and other notable stars like Lea Michele, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin, as well as Oliver Hudson.

"Scream Queens" will premiere this fall on FOX.
