January is coming to an end, and in a few more days it will be the start of February – meaning a new Netflix line-up for TV and movie buffs everywhere. Here is a list of what fans can expect this February:

Netflix original "Altered Carbon" is making its way to TV and computer screens everywhere this Feb. 2. The official summary on the Netflix website reads: "After 250 years on ice, a prisoner returns to life in a new body with one chance to win his freedom: by solving a mind-bending murder."

The series will star Joel Kinnaman, James Purefoy, and Martha Higareda

The trailer for Altered Carbon was uploaded to Netflix's YouTube channel on Jan. 11. A little over two minutes long, it begins with a short explanation on the process of transferring the human consciousness from host to host. Ex-soldier Takeshi Kovacs is awakened after 250 years and transferred into a body deemed as the ultimate weapon. While Takeshi is currently the property of Bancroft Industries, he has the chance to earn his freedom by solving Bancroft's attempted murder.

Another original titled "When We First Met" will be making its way to Netflix on Feb. 9. A romantic comedy with a pinch of time travel thrown in, the show focuses a man named Noah and magical photo booth. The summary on the official Netflix page reads: "Using a magical photo booth that sends him back in time, Noah relives the night he met Avery over and over, trying to persuade her to fall for him."

After Noah meets Avery, she decides she would rather be friends. Unwilling to accept her decision, Noah uses the magic photo booth to try and impress her and escape the dreaded friend zone.

Another romantic comedy coming to Netflix is titled "Love Per Square Foot" and it is coming out on Valentine's day. Sanjay and Karina are bank employees, and because they do not earn enough to buy the house of their dreams, the two decide to get married for material convenience. A feel-good movie that starts out with a non-ideal relationship that shifts over time, it is the perfect feel-good Valentine's movie.

Several other Netflix orginals are making their way to TV screens this February, a more in-detail list can be found on Vanity Fair and Forbes' websites.
