Only a few days are left before the NBA Trade deadline lapses, which is why most teams are doing their buzzer-beater actions to be able to ink a deal that will be beneficial for them and for the players.

Recently, an insider report from ESPN's Ramona Shelbourne claims that Denver Nuggets' Arron Afflalo is in talks with several teams, including the Miami Heat, the Chicago Bulls, the Portland Trail Blazers, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the Sacramento Kings. Analysts believe that Afflalo is an ideal choice for teams who are looking for a three-and-D wing in their line-up. However, his $7.9 million player option set for next season might turn off some of the teams mentioned.

Then there is the number 19 overall pick from Canada named Andrew Nicholson. At the moment, Orlando Magic wants to free him from his draft obligations so he can find a new team to take him in, since Magic is armed with Tobias Harris, Nikola Vucevic, Channing Frye, Maurice Harkless, and Kyle O'Quinn in the front court.

Another player who is rumored to be involved in trading talks is Phoenix Suns point guard Goran Dragic, as the team would like to get a first round draft pick in his place.

In a recent interview with the Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, the Suns general manager Ryan McDonough talked about the team's roster imbalance.

"I think our roster balance is a little off, and that's my fault. We are a little too backcourt heavy, especially in terms of guys who, you know, I think you'd define primarily as scorers in the backcourt. So I think at some point we'll need to balance that out, try to get a little more size, a little more frontcourt scoring and rebounding," McDonough said.

The teams and players have to work out a deal before the Feb. 19 deadline takes effect.
