Pregnancy hormones will flare up in the next episode of "Nashville" season 3.

In the teaser for episode 17 titled "This Just Ain't a Good Day for Leavin," the very pregnant Juliette Barnes (Hayden Penettiere) is seen furiously shouting at Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) for ditching her baby shower. Based on the video, the mom-to-be cancelled her baby shower completely because of her friend. The veteran country superstar decides to drop by to explain her reason why she had to be absent from the event. But by the looks of it, Juliette seems to be having a hard time accepting her reason.

According to Rayna, she had to spend the entire day attending to Sadie (Laura Benanti) at the police station because the latter has been detained for accidentally shooting Pete (Jay Wilkison). But Juliette could not care less. She accuses Rayna of putting everyone else above her, including Layla (Aubrey Peeples). The former teen country singing sensation continues to nag Rayna, until the latter loses her own temper.

"Please just stop it!" Rayna shouts. "I mean, excuse me for saying it, but you have no idea what I've been through these last 24 hours. You know and I am trying very hard to be strong for a lot of people, and I'm not doing a very good job of it. So I would appreciate it if you would just shut up for one second."

But after realizing that Juliette looks stricken with her statements, Rayna quickly apologizes to her pregnant friend. Yet it seems like Juliette is not paying attention to Rayna's angry snaps, because she realizes that her water bag has broken.

Does this mean that Juliette will give birth in the coming episode?

The upcoming episode will be the first one that will feature the real-life pregnant Penettiere for a longer sequence. The actress was only seen in previous episodes while talking on the phone with her baby daddy Avery (Jonathan Jackson).

Meanwhile, "Nashville" fans will also find Gunnar (Sam Palladio) still frustrated after realizing that his feelings for Scarlett (Clare Bowen) has returned.
