'Minecraft: Story Mode' news: Telltale drops episode 5 along with exhilarating new trailer

 Telltale Games

Telltale Games finally released the fifth episode of the popular interactive adventure game "Minecraft: Story Mode" on March 29, complete with an engaging trailer that shows the newest adventures of Jesse and his friends.

The latest installment from "Minecraft: Story Mode," titled "Episode 5: Order Up!" is expected to fill the gap in the Wither Storm finale, which was featured in "Episode 4: A Block and a Hard Place" and came out in December 2015, with the new quests of Jesse and the gang in a new land called Sky City.

Based on the trailer, Sky City implements a no-building policy. This will pose a problem for the gang and the Order of Stone members, including Gabriel the Warrior, Magnus the Rogue, Ellegaard the Redstone Engineer and Soren the Architect.

According to synopsis for the episode, "On a tip from Ivor, Jesse and friends head to an abandoned temple holding mysterious treasures. Ambushed by former Ocelot Aiden and his crew, our heroes find themselves in an entirely new world: Sky City! As they explore, the Order finds that resources are at a premium, and nothing but 'The Void' exists below the known world. When Aiden convinces Sky City's ruler that the New Order of the Stone are up to no good, you'll need to make some tough choices to clear your name, and keep Aiden from destroying an innocent world."

The game studio is also gearing up to launch three more episodes after "Order Up!" which will be released before the end of the year.

Aside from the release of episode 5 and its action-packed trailer, Telltale Games also revealed that they will release the new "Minecraft: Story Mode" skin pack for the "Minecraft: Pocket Edition" for mobile devices, consoles, and Windows 10. However, the game developer has yet to announce further details of the game such as its release date.
