Jesse's exciting adventures will come to an epic conclusion when "Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series" comes out this month.

Telltale Games dropped the news Wednesday, saying that the eighth installment of the episodic game will be released on Tuesday, Sept. 13. The upcoming episode will wrap up the events of the game's first season as well as the events in that were featured in the Adventure Pass that was released in June this year.

According to the press release posted on Mojang's website, the tale of Jesse and the gang's exciting adventures will not end without big surprises.

The press release for episode 8 reads:

"Having survived supernatural storms, maniacs in mansions, malevolent intelligence and more, Jesse's crew have one last and potentially lethal trial before they can find their way back through the Portal Corridor. In their haste to obtain the Atlas, our heroes find themselves stumbling into the midst of a deadly tournament, in which people are forced to Spleef for their very lives, or else find themselves cracking quartz in the mines."

Players are expected to find out the strange rules that describe The Games upon the release of "Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series" episode 8. They will also uncover the identity of the mysterious trio who joined them during their journeys in the game's conclusion.

The eighth and final episode will also feature two guest characters named Hadrian and Mevia. Hadrian will be voiced by "Darkwing Duck" and "Winnie the Pooh" voice actor Jim Cummings, while "Rick and Morty" voice actor Kari Wahlgren will lend her voice to Mevia the Enforcer.

The "Minecraft: Story Mode – A Telltale Games Series Episode 8 – A Journey's End" can be purchased for $4.99 upon its release, but those who already bought the Adventure Pass for $14.99 can get hold of the game as soon as it comes out next week.
