Tension fills the air in the sneak peek at the finale of "Married at First Sight" season 3, as the couples begin to contemplate their marriages.

The trailer for the first installment of the two-part season 3 finale shows how uncomfortable the couples are as they prepare to decide if they want to stay married or not.

All throughout the season, fans believe that Vanessa Nelson and Tres Russell will go beyond the televised social experiment and stay with each other. Among all the three couples for this season, Vanessa and Tres are the only ones who have consummated their marriage and become instant friends. But could they fix the recent bump in their relationship that happened during the supposed romantic getaway?

Meanwhile, David Norton and Ashley Doherty are not expected to stay together after the end of "Married at First Sight" season 3. In the beginning of the show, Ashley already expressed that she is not physically attracted to her new husband, and she has had trust issues since learning that he used to be involved with another woman. David tried to make their relationship work, but it never progressed.

In an interview with The Knot, David revealed that he and Ashley talked about their future after the show. "We did our best to have a conversation about it, but like most of our conversations up to this point, it was difficult to get to an agreement, and really dive deep into our relationship," David said. "I will say, I was more nervous for decision day than I was on my wedding day. Wedding day you have friends and family by your side. Decision day it's just you, your partner, and the experts."

Meanwhile, Neil Bowlus and Samantha Role are surprisingly showing a lot of progress in their relationship despite their slow start. In a previous episode, Sam revealed that she had started having a crush on her husband. Could this mean that they will decide to keep their relationship even after the end of season 3?

The first part of the "Married at First Sight" season 3 finale airs Tuesday, Feb. 23, on FYI.

T-2 days until the #MarriedAtFirstSight season finale. Someone hold our hand!
