Mama June suffered a terrifying setback when Friday's "Mama June: From Not to Hot" finale saw the reality star rushed to the hospital because of unbearable pain.

In last week's episode, June "Mama June" Shannon showed off her dramatic weight loss from 460 pounds to a size four. June revealed her slim figure during her ex-boyfriend Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson's wedding. In addition, June burned her old clothes to say goodbye to her old body and welcome her new self. To achieve the weight loss, June was placed under a strict diet and exercise program. Aside from gastric sleeve and skin removal surgeries, the mother of four also had some work done on her chest. However, it seems that June had a price to pay to achieve her drastic weight loss.

Viewers saw a bonus preview at the end of the finale showing June doubled over in pain. The WE tv celebrity summoned her daughters as their family bodyguard called for an ambulance. "My stomach, I can't even get up," June told her daughters Alana (also known as Honey Boo Boo) and Lauryn (also known as Pumpkin). "I should have gone to the hospital last night." A follow-up episode will be aired next week, which will reveal June's health condition.

While she admits there are "some good points and bad points" for being on a reality show, June seems open to do another series about her life. When asked about a possible season two, here is what she had to say. "Who knows? It just depends on the negotiations and everybody being on the same page."

Meanwhile, June recently accused her ex-boyfriend Sugar Bear of being physically and emotionally abusive to her kids. She told Page Six that they tried to film together for the "From Not to Hot" reunion episode but it did not go as planned. "I'm not going to put my kids through that ever again," she said.

The "Mama June: From Not to Hot" special episode airs Fridays at 9 p.m. EDT on WE tv.
