If new reports are to be believed, a new MacBook Pro will show its face in March. According to new speculations, two versions of Apple's beloved notebook will be in development by next month or April.

During those months, Apple's manufacturing partners are expected to begin the production of the new MacBook Pro, which will purportedly come in a 12-inch display and a 13-inch screen. A much bigger 15-inch edition will also be released in the third quarter of this year.

The MacBook Pro 2016 versions are believed to appear in an event hosted by Apple in March, which will feature new offerings such as the iPad Air 3, the Apple Watch 2 and the new 4-inch iPhone.

Other reports, however, suggest that new MacBook Pro versions will be launched during the Worldwide Developers Conference, which usually takes place in June. This speculation is backed up by KGI Securities analyst and Apple expert Ming-Chi Kuo.

According to Kuo, who boasts a reliable and stellar track record when it comes to predicting future Apple releases, a new MacBook from Apple will be released during the first half of 2016. It was not specified whether it will be a new version of the Pro family or the Air lineup but it is expected that in the months to come, a MacBook line will certainly be refreshed by the Cupertino-based tech firm.

Meanwhile, amazing discounts on the 2015 version of the MacBook Pro may mean that Apple is setting the stage for the impending release of the MacBook Pro 2016, according to The Bitbag. The company is believed to be selling as many units as it can before it launches the new one.

As for the specs of the MacBook Pro 2016, it is said that it will feature an Intel Skylake processor under its hood for lower power consumption, longer battery life and an overall better performance.
