'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta' news: Althea and Benzino to welcome a baby soon? Joseline Hernandez in court

Joseline Hernandez seems to be taking court procedures lightly, based on a clip posted on TMZ.

Hernandez is being sued by former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Althea Heart Eaton following their physical altercation that was caught on air. Eaton filed the lawsuit against Hernandez for beating her up during the reunion episode of the show's third season.

The clip posted by the entertainment website shows Hernandez being questioned by Eaton's lawyer. The defendant reportedly claimed during the deposition that Eaton slandered her in the Hip Hop Weekly magazine, where she was described as a "crack whore."

Eaton's lawyer tried to make her claims invalid by asking her if she knows about magazines like Field & Stream and Cat Fancy, which she said she did not. When the lawyer told her that not all magazines need to interview those that they put in the cover, Hernandez said that fishes and cats do not talk, which is why they are not interviewed.

When the lawyer further drove his point that the National Enquirer does not always interview the fat people that they feature on the cover, the reality show star said that the National Enquirer or the fat people are not involved in her case, and she should not be commenting on things that are not directly involved with her trial.

But while Hernandez was being grilled in court, Eaton might be having the best time after announcing through Instagram that she is pregnant with Benzino's child.

Early this week, the former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" couple used the popular photo-sharing social media site to express their excitement over the pregnancy. But the two later on removed the post without offering any explanation.

Still, hip hop artist continues to post photos of baby stuff in his own Instagram page, like the Young Versace items for little boys, and the tiny Gucci flats for baby girls. These images continue to keep everyone guessing whether the couple is having a baby or not.
