Possibly one of the biggest multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) games, "League of Legends" (LoL), is reportedly getting another spinoff game. One of its champions, Teemo, will possibly be the highlight of the new game if it comes to fruition.

According to PC Gamer, the leak was made by Daniel Zhuge, an analyst for Niko Partners, a research firm. He revealed in his Twitter account a screenshot. The photo appears to be a list of games that will be out soon and will be made available in China.

"Looks like a game called 'Teemo's Adventure' has been approved for sale in China," reads the tweet. "Riot games is listed along with Tencent as the developer/publisher. It's going to be a PC game apparently." Not much else is known about the game, but as the name already implies, it is going to be about the panda-inspired "LOL" champion, Teemo.

"LoL" players could speculate that the new game would have something to do with his special skill, Noxious Trap. With this ability, he plants shrooms around the game's map. When an enemy champion goes by it, the shrooms explode, causing them to get slowed down. This move also deals magic damage on the victims.

That said, it is not surprising that many players can easily get annoyed by Teemo. In most cases, players simply walking around the map suddenly have an emergency when a shroom unexpectedly explodes. Given all the damage it deals, it is one of the worst-case scenarios when trying to escape on low health. The effectiveness of Teemo's skill is most likely what is going to be featured for the most part of the game.

This is not the first time that Riot Games, the developer of "LoL," made a spinoff game based on the champions of the game. Previously, they also made "Cho'gath Eats the World," "Blitzcrank's Poro Roundup," "Ziggs Arcade Blast," and even another one for Teemo, "Astro Teemo."

It is also not known yet whether this alleged new Teemo game would again be a small minigame like the previous ones. Fans will just have to wait for further announcements.
