Fresh at the heels of the big baby-related announcements from the Kardashian-Jenner family, the latest episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" centered heavily on Kim Kardashian-West's surrogate issues. After working hard to keep the secret under wraps, she was spotted at a new doctor's office together with her surrogate for baby Chicago Kardashian-West. As a result, gossip news outlets started spreading the news instantaneously, causing Kim to dish about her stress to sister Khloé Kardashian over Chinese food.

Sharing the news with husband Kanye West, Kim stated that she feared for the safety of her surrogate following the added spotlight on their situation. Legal action was threatened to ensue as Kim hoped for the media attention to die down. As she attended the Harper's BazaarIcon Party, Kim was bombarded with surrogacy-related questions, which she evaded by postponing comments until she and Kanye were both "ready."

Elsewhere on the Kourtney Kardashian side, something else caused much stress: a tarantula infestation. Kourtney gave the exterminator company an earful after complaining that they hardly did anything to rid her home of the creepy crawlers and insisted that they rectify the situation. She was told that given the mating season for tarantulas, this would be a difficult task to accomplish.

Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Scott Disick went on a bonding trip with Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner as her companion for the New York Fashion Week extravaganzas. They witnessed Kylie Jenner receive an award for Fashion Icon of the Decade from The Daily Front Row.

Disick and Kris also bonded over discussions regarding the former's love life at the moment. This bonding session continues until the next episode that will air on Feb. 18 wherein Scott is expected to bring up the idea of putting together a legacy video for Kris. Scott realized that the Kardashian-Jenners know very little about Kris' history and he wishes to commemorate her life for all of them to see. As Kylie keeps making waves as a supermodel, her anxiety keeps pulling her back at Milan Fashion Week.

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on E!
