Josh Duggar scandals: 'We have not seen the bottom of that yet,' Dr. Phil claims

The Duggars seem to be lying low, away from public attention these days after a series of controversies rocked the family, including Josh Duggar's child molestation and infidelity scandals. But Dr. Phil believes that more startling bombshells may soon explode.

ET Online reported that Dr. Phil appeared on "The View" early this week where he claimed that the public has not heard the last of Josh's shocking controversies.

The eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, whose big family became famous because of their "19 Kids and Counting" reality series, confessed in May that he was guilty of molesting five young females, including some of his sisters, when he was a teenager. He then admitted that he cheated on his wife Anna multiple times after his Ashley Madison accounts came to light.

But the celebrity psychologist said that he does not believe that the entire story has already been told.

"We have not seen the bottom of that yet. My dad used to say that for every rat you see, there's 50 you don't," Dr. Phil claimed. "To assume that everything you see is everything there is, would really be naïve."

The allegations about the child molestation case filed against the then-14-year-old Josh surfaced when In Touch discovered the police report about the case. Josh quickly admitted that the report was true, and he publicly apologized for his past mistakes. His confession earned support from his parents and his wife, as well as his sisters Jill Duggar-Dillard and Jessa Duggar-Seewald, who both admitted that they were the victims in this case.

But things changed when the infidelity scandal broke out. While Jim Bob and Michelle still expressed their support for their eldest son after he apologized for cheating on his wife by having sexual encounters with other women during their seven-year marriage, his sisters seemed to have distanced themselves from the scandal. Anna has been reported to blame herself for Josh's infidelity.

Previous reports claimed that Josh checked himself into a long-term rehabilitation facility to help him with his sex addiction problems. However, a source claimed that the 27-year-old former political lobbyist has no remorse over his infidelity.

The source also claimed that it will not be surprising to see more mistresses coming out soon to talk about their tryst with the eldest Duggar son, after adult entertainment actress Danica Dillon exclusively described to Entertainment Tonight her "rough" encounter with Josh in Philadelphia while his wife was pregnant with their fourth child.
