Speculations about a new addition in Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's family began to take ground after a photo that seems to hint at her second pregnancy surfaced online.

The "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" stars are currently back in the U.S. after spending time in Central America for their mission trips. However, speculations claimed that the couple and their toddler son, David Israel, are in the country because Jill is pregnant for the second time.

The picture was posted by Jill on Instagram, showing the couple with two other friends while she is carrying her youngest sister Josie. Fans are quick to speculate that Jill might be using Josie to cover up her tummy area.

While the Dillard couple has yet to confirm if baby Israel will be a big brother soon, Jill addressed the pregnancy rumors during the first season finale of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" in May. The 25-year-old said that she was not yet pregnant at that time.

"I'm not pregnant yet, that's the question everyone keeps asking me. Not yet," she stated.

The producer of the show also asked her and her younger sister Jessa Duggar-Seewald during the first season finale who between them will get pregnant first. While Jessa was still uncertain about her answer, Jill believes that both of them will have their second babies concurrently.

"I think we will probably be pregnant at the same time," Jill said, as reported by People Magazine. "But to say who will be first, well Israel is older... so we will see."

Jill and Jessa also thought about adding new members to their families by adoption. According to reports, both Duggar girls are looking forward to providing new beginnings to the lives of several orphans who were left by their parents.

Jill and her family will return for the sophomore season of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" on TLC on Aug. 23.
