It looks like the Duggar family is about to get a lot bigger. Former "19 Kids and Counting" star Jill Duggar is rumored to be pregnant with her second child with husband Derick Dillard.

The rumors about the reality star's pregnancy started when she posted a photo on Instagram showing her husband painting her toenails. Fans noted that she shared the same type of photo shortly before she announced her first pregnancy.

While the photo isn't enough to prove that Jill and Derick are set to welcome 10-month-old Israel's baby brother or sister, it certainly won't be a shock learning Jill is expecting again. Jill's parents Jim Bob and Michelle have always been a fan of big families.

Speaking of Jim Bob and Michelle, the couple recently visited Derick and Jill in Central America while the two are on missionary work.

"Jill's parents surprised us recently with an impromptu visit for a few days," Derick wrote on their family blog.

"It was great to have them with us and get to show them the work the Lord is doing here. Israel just turned 10 months and now enjoys eating fruits and veggies," he shared, adding that Israel also "enjoyed all the attention" from his grandparents.

Jill's family are believed to be in El Salvador, which is currently beleaguered by the Zika virus. This disease affects newborn babies so women are not advised to get pregnant until the virus is wiped out. If Jill is indeed pregnant, she may become vulnerable to the virus.

There are speculations, however, that Jill and Derick went back to Arkansas to avoid the disease. But Derick's recent blog post hints that the family is still there.

At the moment, Jill's pregnancy is still not confirmed.
