Jill and Jessa Duggar pregnancy rumors: Former '19 Kids and Counting' stars planning for baby number two together

Are Jill and Jessa Duggar both pregnant? Instagram/jillmdillard

It looks like the Duggar brood is about to get even bigger, if the latest reports are anything to go by. After Jill and Jessa Duggar have been noticeably inactive on social media, reports started to hit the web about the reality stars being pregnant.

The Duggar sisters' silence online was taken to mean that they are struggling to find time to go online because they are expecting. Although known for regularly updating fans, the siblings haven't posted anything for Mother's Day and their Instagram account were not updated for weeks, piquing the interest of some fans.

Even their husbands Derick Dillard and Ben Seewald have been quiet. However, checking Jill's Instagram account now, fans will realize that the mother of one is finally back from her social media hiatus and not a word about her rumored pregnancy.

She posted a photo of her mom Michelle Duggar and her son Israel, who turned 1 last month, for a late Mother's Day greeting. She also posted another photo of Israel, who can now climb and clamber to higher surfaces.

Jessa, on the other hand, is yet to post anything new. While this is no indication of the Duggar siblings' pregnancies, Jill and Jessa have been very vocal about giving baby Israel and baby Spurgeon a little sister or brother.

When asked who will be pregnant with baby number two first during the finale of "Jill and Jessa Counting On," Jessa said that "it's hard to say." Her older sister then added, "I think we will probably be pregnant at the same time."

Although she added, "to say who will be first, well Israel is older... so we will see." Whether or not the Duggars are currently expecting, fans will have to wait for the two to personally make it official.

Their social media moderation can be due to a lot of things. For now, fans who have been clamoring for updates on the Duggars will be happy to know that Jill is officially back online. But fans are left to wonder what is keeping Jessa busy at the moment.
