Jessa Duggar's husband Ben Seewald gives dating advice to young women: Be careful

Ben Seewald, the husband of Jessa Duggar from "19 Kids and Counting," is giving some sage dating advice to young women, telling them to be careful who they give their hearts to.

"Ladies...watch out for dudes that want to date you, but have no intention whatsoever of any serious relationship," he wrote on his Instagram account (@ben_seewald). "A lot of guys want to enjoy you and play with your heart and emotions with no commitment or responsibility on their part. They're thinking 'Why do I need to commit? I'm getting what I want...and when I get tired of her I'll just move on to the next girl I can use.'"

This is why Seewald is urging women to exercise caution, and not give away their hearts and bodies to someone "who isn't prepared to cherish you for the long haul."

Seewald and his wife Jessa are currently expecting their first child, who is due on Nov. 1, 2015—the same day the young couple got married last year. They have chosen to keep their baby's gender a secret, but what isn't a secret is just how much Jessa appreciates having Ben in her life.

Last Father's Day, she greeted her husband by calling him a "sweet daddy" who already dotes on their pre-born baby. "You're my #1 cheerleader when it comes to making good food choices, but you also understand when the baby 'needs' a late-night bowl of cookies & cream ice cream! Thanks for all the back rubs, breakfast in bed, and for encouraging me to stick with those pregnancy workouts! You're the best! So blessed to have you as my husband and the father of our baby," she added.
