Startling events will happen in the 11<sup>th episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 2.
According to the synopsis for the episode that will air on Monday, Feb. 8, Jane Villanueva (Gina Rodriguez) will realize that she is already having a serious crush on Professor Jonathan Chavez (guest star Adam Rodriguez) after he suddenly infiltrates her dreams. Jane will not have her peace of mind until she finds out what she really feels for her professor, which is why she will do everything to understand what her true feelings are. Does Professor Chavez also feel the same for her?
Meanwhile, Jane and her mother Xo (Andrea Navedo) accidentally find the engagement ring owned by Rogelio's (Jaime Camil) mother Liliana (Rita Moreno).
They both realize that Rogelio will finally propose. But while Jane is thrilled that her parents will finally tie the knot after years of being separated from each other, she has no idea that the ring that they find will not be put on Xo's finger. The synopsis says that Rogelio will definitely propose to Xo, but not with his mother's ring. Instead, he purchases a new one. But Jane's son Mateo accidentally swallows it.
Meanwhile, Jane's ex fiancé Michael (Brett Dier) will have a realization about Rafael's (Justin Baldoni) stepmother Rose/Sin Rostro (Bridget Regan) and mother Elena Di Nola (Fabiana Udenio), also known as Mutter. Are the two working together?

"In the middle of the night, Jane gets a burst of creative energy and starts her thesis. Unfortunately, Mateo spills orange juice all over her computer causing it to crash and Jane loses all her hard work. When Jane brings her computer to be fixed, she meets Dax and with the urging of her friend Lina, Jane considers dating again. Rogelio decides to have his mother Liliana become his manager, but soon realizes that was not the best decision. When Rafael comes to after being attacked by his mother now known to be the crime lord Mutter, he goes to Michael and tells him what Mutter is looking for."
