Bravo's new dramedy "Imposters" has been officially renewed for a second season.

The chase for Maddie (Inbar Lavi) continues now that Bravo has picked up another season of "Imposters." The next installment will still have 10 episodes, with production scheduled to begin this fall. This means viewers have all summer to catch up on the network's most addictive cat-and-mouse thriller.

"'Imposters' has truly resonated with our audience and critics alike with its unique brand of suspense and humor," Frances Berwick, president of Lifestyle Networks, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, said in a press release. She added, "We're excited to see what the future holds for this unlikely band of flawed, but lovable characters that our talented creators and actors have fully brought to life."

Released in February, the series follows a serial con woman named Maddie and her three ex-spouses (Rob Heaps, Parker Young, Marianne Rendón) who have joined forces to track her down and exact revenge on their former partner. The trio are unaware that Maddie is also hell-bent on getting out of the game herself. Joining the four main actors are series regulars Brian Benben and Stephen Bishop, who were at the pre-Emmy event earlier this week with the cast and producers when the show's renewal was announced.

TV Line notes that season 1 averaged over 1.4 million viewers per episode in Live+7 ratings. The show's freshman run concluded in April 11 with Maddie working for the mysterious Doctor and conning FBI agent Patrick (Bishop) out of arresting her boss. As punishment for selling out Sally (Katherine LaNasa), Max (Benben) learned that Maddie actually gave him an empty suitcase instead of one filled with money from the FBI. One of the highlights from the finale was when Ezra (Heaps) stole an expensive ring from the FBI and escaped with his fellow amateur con artists Jules (Rendón) and Richard (Young).

Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for "Imposters" season 2.
