A lot of people might say that Jessa and Jinger Duggar from 19 Kids and Counting look very similar, but their personalities could not be more different.
Jessa is more of a leader and likes to take charge, while Jinger simply likes to follow people. Jessa is very frank and is not afraid to tell anybody anything, while Jinger chooses to be careful with her words.
"Jessa is pretty matter-of-fact," explained Jinger. "She has an opinion, she'll tell you, in a nice way."
Meanwhile, Jessa says that "Jinger doesn't want to hurt anybody's feelings."
Their interests are very different too. Jinger is a photography freak and loves to work on the family album and website. On the other hand, Jessa loves to spend her time teaching and homeschooling her younger siblings.
But despite these differences, Jessa and Jinger get along really well and they were inseparable growing up. The two were born 412 days apart and they call each other "besties."
Their parents believe that their similarities far outweigh their differences, and this is the reason why their two daughters make such a great team.
"They pray together. They talk a lot. They bounce a lot of ideas off each other," said their mother Michelle. "They are motivated people, both of them. They like to get a job done."
Their father Jim Bob also weighed in: "Jessa and Jinger love shopping together, they love cooking together, they love organising together. They love going on trips together. They just love being together."
Just recently, Jinger bonded with her sister's husband Ben Seewald and they created a video testimony. In it, Jinger shared that even though she grew up in a loving Christian home, it was only when she was 14 years old that she truly understood what it meant to be a Christian.
She also encouraged people who are feeling lost and confused to turn to Jesus Christ because only He can provide meaning in life. "We can't do it alone, and no one can without Jesus Christ," she said.
