According to a Twitter update from the "Girl Meets World" writers' room, the first two episodes for season 3 are already done. The writers revealed that the characters have already grown together beautifully.

The writers' room also revealed the titles of the upcoming episodes via Twitter, which include:

  • Girl Meets High School (Part 1)
  • Girl Meets High School (Part 2)
  • Girl Meets Jexica
  • Girl Meets Permanent Record
  • Girl Meets Triangle
  • Girl Meets Upstate
  • Girl Meets True Maya
  • Girl Meets Ski Lodge (Part 1)
  • Girl Meets Ski Lodge (Part 2)

Fans of the series are already speculating about plot for the seventh episode of "Girl Meets World" season 3, saying that "Girl Meets True Maya" will showcase the real sexuality of Riley's best friend Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter).

But contradicting reports claim that the upcoming season of "Girl Meets World" will finally resolve the long-running love triangle arc involving Riley, Maya, and Lucas Friar (Peyton Meyer).

During the previous episodes in season 2, Lucas started to show his feelings for Riley, but she tried not to show that she feels the same way to avoid hurting Maya's feelings. Does it mean that the triangle between the three will intensify in high school?

However, it was already confirmed that Riley's uncle Josh (Uriah Shelton) will return in season 3. This could mean that Maya could possibly rekindle her long-time crush for the teenage brother of Riley's dad Cory Matthews (Ben Savage).

Disney Channel has yet to reveal the release date of "Girl Meets World" season 3.
