The never-ending family drama from MTV's "Finding Carter" season 2 continues, and it is starting to take a toll on its main characters.

In the previous episode titled "Pretty When You Cry," Carter (Kathryn Prescott) started to get the pressure to do well in school and stop her constant truancies when her parents Elizabeth (Cynthia Watros) and David (Alexis Denisof) talked with her in front of guidance counselor Abby. The adults want her to take her SAT tests seriously, which only irked Carter.

Meanwhile, Carter's relationship with Crash (Caleb Ruminer) will be tested as she tries to help him get out of a very complicated situation. Crash seems to be making a lot of improvements since season one, but it seems like the reformed image will not last for long.

Viewers find it difficult to believe that Crash could actually change despite the fact that Carter and Max (Alex Saxon) forgave him for shooting Max, and he even found a job for him and Max. But it does not mean that he will not return to his old shady ways. Could Crash continue to change for the better in the coming episodes of the season?

Meanwhile, Carter's twin Taylor's (Anna Jacony-Heron) life is getting out of control.

Since Max broke Taylor's heart, she began engaging in a casual relationship with Ofe (Jesse Carere) and skipping school to drink and hook up with Ofe.

Saxon explained Taylor's behavior in his interview with Zap2it, saying: "I think he's understanding to a point that he can allow Taylor that freedom to explore other things, even if it's painful," the actor said. "Max will have to figure out a way to be a part of her life, because he doesn't want to see her hurt herself, but at the same time know his new boundaries of their relationship."

The official synopsis for the upcoming episode titled "Stay With Me" reads:

"Carter tries to extricate Crash from a bad situation; David and Elizabeth contemplate major decisions; and Taylor begins to spiral out of control."

The episode airs on Tuesday, May 5, on MTV.
