'Final Fantasy 15' release date updates: Blog for upcoming RPG game now live

 Square Enix

The long-awaited Japanese "Final Fantasy 15" blog is finally online. This will be developer Square Enix's hub for announcements, new details and even promotional photos from the upcoming game and is directed mainly to fans and gamers in Japan.

There are no new posts on the blog at the moment apart from the welcome message from the folks over at Square Enix. A screenshot of the "Final Fantasy 15" characters is featured there as well. The game studio integrated a comment section where fans can pose questions about the game.

Square Enix hopes to answer as many queries from fans as possible but foresees that a flood of questions will be difficult to attend to individually. Speaking of which, it seems like the developer is not ready yet to talk about anything that has to do with the "Final Fantasy 15" release date.

At the moment, this morsel of information is still tightly kept under wraps. Nonetheless, this does not kill the hype surrounding the game. In fact, it is even boosting up the excitement towards its release.

According to Techno Buffalo, "Final Fantasy 15" is actually the most awaited role playing game by fans. It is also expected to be the most essential and go-getting title of 2016. The highly-anticipated title also lands the third spot in the list of Japanese magazine Famitsu's most wanted games.

The "Final Fantasy 15" release date is expected to be announced in the upcoming Uncovered event to be hosted by Square Enix. More details about the installment will also be revealed during the affair, which is scheduled on Mar. 31.

Most well-kept aspects of the title like the "Final Fantasy" characters as well as the possibility of a PC release are also expected to be addressed. The game is currently confirmed for launch to the Xbox One and PS4 only.
