'Fear the Walking Dead' season 2 spoilers: Walkers overrun the beach, one 'Flight 462' survivor revealed in new trailer

A brand new trailer for "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 teases the horrendous surprise awaiting the group of survivors from Los Angeles on land.

The clip showcases an otherwise attractive beach brimming with zombies walking towards the small party, who are in big trouble for having no armory to fend off the flesh-eaters.

In the "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 sneak peek, Alicia looks around and realizes that they are desperately trapped and resorts to swinging the pipe she has to the first zombie that zeroes in on her.

The clip proves that outrunning the zombies has become more difficult. They are basically everywhere; there's even one floating on the water as seen in another video from "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2.

Another clue that is presented by the "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 sneak peek teases how the web-series "Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462" will be integrated to the show.

Pausing at the right time, viewers will see a glimpse of the Asian woman from "Flight 462," who followers of the series will recognize as Charlie, played by actress Michelle Ang.

Will Charlie (center: Michelle Ang) come across Travis's group in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2? AMC

Her presence with Daniel, Alicia and Chris on that beach shows that the airplane may have met its inevitable doomm and she may be the only one who survived.

Of course, the absence of Travis, Madison, Nick, Ofelia and Strand in the clip hints that not all the Los Angeles folks are on the beach so there may still be other survivors that viewers will meet in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2.

But this early, it is safe to say that Charlie from "Flight 462" gets to live another day. Whether or not her situation will stay that way in the days to come remains a mystery.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 premieres April 10 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
