Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is serious about his preparation for his return as Agent Luke Hobbs in "Fast and Furious 8." The actor recently took to Instagram how he envisions his character in the "Fast and Furious 7" sequel.

In a photo showcasing the actor's breakfast fit for a big man like Hobbs, he said that unlike his role in "Baywatch" as the "lean, mean" Mitch Buchannon, Hobbs will come to "Fast and Furious 8" like "an animal — bigger, lethal, meaner and tougher than a $2 dollar steak."

The actor revealed that his prep for the role starts today, with filming for his scenes starting in four weeks. "Trust me, if I could cook up Vin [Diesel], [Jason] Statham and the rest of the Fast dudes I'd eat them too. This is gonna fun," The Rock wrote. Principal photography of "Fast and Furious 8" begun in Atlanta and the film's chosen primary location – New York. The cast and crew are now in Cuba while establishing shots will come from Ohio. The crew for the film is putting together the sets to push through the filming. According to Cuba Headlines, Diesel and co-star Michelle Rodriguez have already flown there while Charlize Theron should be there soon.

It has been confirmed that the "Mad Max Fury" star will play the role of the antagonist in "Fast and Furious 8," although details about her role are difficult to come by at the moment. Tom Hiddleston is also rumored to make an appearance after revealing his love for "Fast and Furious 7."

Scott Eastwood was also confirmed to star in the new "Fast and Furious" movie and he promises the project will be a tribute to the late Paul Walker, who starred in the franchise as Brian O' Conner.

Just recently, Diesel remembered his good friend once again with a fan-made art showing his character Dominic Toretto on his own, describing the artwork as "pretty intense" and suggesting how badly Walker is missed.

"Fast and Furious 8" hits the big screen on April 14, 2017.
