The third "Fallout 4" DLC to drop on the action role-playing video game is billed to be one of the largest content to ever drop in the franchise.

The much-awaited Far Harbor DLC is "bigger in size than Shivering Isles," as VP of marketing and PR Pete Hines confirmed to Express, which is saying something seeing that Shivering Isles is deemed the largest expansion to ever hit "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion."

The "Fallout 4" DLC brings players off the coast of Maine in the mysterious island of Far Harbor, which the higher levels of radiation made into a "more feral world."

In this DLC, "Fallout 4" players will go looking for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Of course, this investigation will present all sorts of challenges and dangers.

The official description of the "Fallout 4" DLC is as follows:

Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost? Far Harbor features the largest landmass for an add-on that we've ever created, filled with new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures and dungeons. Become more powerful with new, higher-level armor and weapons. The choices are all yours.

There will allegedly be underwater exploratory elements and combat in the "Fallout 4" Far Harbor DLC, something that fans have been looking forward to since the emergence of the Harpoon Gun in the game.

Without the underwater mayhem, getting across the waters in the "Fallout 4" DLC is already taxing as it is heavily contaminated. Exploring what's beyond the waters should nevertheless be an exciting thing to do.

Before Far Harbor hits the stores, "Fallout 4" players will be the Wasteland Workshop DLC first releasing later this month. The $4.99 expansion pack throws Deathclaws into the mix. Players can tame these creatures and use them to their advantage.
