A new listing posted on Amazon leaked a remake of the 2005 interactive drama action-adventure game "Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy."

The Amazon listing mentions that "Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered" will be launched later this week.

Based on the listing, the newly remastered version of the action-packed cinematic QTE-riddled game includes better graphics display and full controller support for gaming consoles like Microsoft's Xbox and Sony's PlayStation units. The updated game also features its highly anticipated uncut international version when released. Also, reports say that the game remake allows players to switch between new and old graphics according to their preference.

The listing includes several screenshots of "Fahrenheit," yet there are no indications if the images came from the remastered edition or if they came from the original version.

The original version of the multi-awarded cinematic game developed by Quantic Dream and published by Atari was first released for last-gen consoles like Xbox and PlayStation 2. It was known as "Indigo Prophecy" in North America and "Fahrenheit" in other parts of the world.

This interactive paranormal thriller game revolves around the quest of main protagonist Lucas Kane to find and protect the Indigo Child to stop the mysterious killings in New York City. He is joined by detectives Carla Valenti and Tyler Miles to combat the grey hooded figure called The Oracle who is controlling Lucas to kill random strangers all over the city.

Gamespot awarded the Best Story and Best Adventure Game recognitions to "Fahrenheit" during the first year of its release, and it was included in the list of the top 10 video games of Game Informer back in 2008.

The remastered version of "Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy" for PC, Linux, and Mac will allegedly come out on Jan. 29, according to the Amazon listing. It is currently being offered for $9.99 for pre-order.

A mobile version of the game is also being developed, based on a post featured in one of the forums on NeoGAF.
