Eminem new album 2016 release date: rapper reportedly in the studio working on album for 2017 release

A new album by rapper Eminem is expected to be released by next year. Although the artist has not made any confirmation about a new project, rumors say that he is working on his ninth album right now.

There are reports that Eminem is cutting back on appearances and any other things that will hinder the project of the rumored album but the "Lose Yourself" rapper still has a lot on his hands that he just couldn't pull off a 2016 launch.

Despite this, Eminem has allegedly been spending a lot of time in the recording studio. He allegedly made efforts to make the studio paparazzi-free, so no tracks or anything about his album will be prematurely leaked.

As per rumors, there are already eight tracks on Eminem's new album completed by the rapper, but he is working on more and has been doing his best to get his juices flowing to finish the new album.

For one track, the rapper whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, allegedly collaborated with 50 Cent, but Eminem is reportedly doing his best to keep this on a lid until the actual album launch.

Apart from making music, the "Not Afraid" rapper is also keeping a merchandise line. He just added a new t-shirt design called "Mom's Spaghetti," which is a reference and homage to the "8 Mile" favorite "Lose Yourself."

Some of the lyrics in the smash hit read: "His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy/ There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti."

The shirt, which features an illustration of the star dish, was released for Mother's Day. It is also what fans who want to wear their pride of the artist, have been clamoring to see for a while now.

Eminem hasn't released a new album since 2013, where he released "The Marshall Mathers LP 2." He did release a song he made for the Jake Gyllenhaal-starrer "Southpaw."
