Eminem new album 2016 release date news: fewer public appearances suggest he's back in the studio

Eminem's fans are eager to get a hold of the next studio album from the Grammy-awarded rapper-songwriter. But it appears that the album may not be out in the market anytime soon.

The speculations about Eminem's reported ninth studio album stemmed from the obvious limited public appearance of the hip hop artist over the past months. This led fans to speculate that he is now spending time in the recording studio to create his next album.

Vine Report also said that there are eight tracks that have already been recorded for Eminem's next album. One of the rumored tracks is reportedly a collaboration between him and rapper 50 Cent. However, no word from both Eminem and 50 Cent's camps have been released.

While details that could validate the rumors regarding Eminem's next album remain to be scarce, the rapper appears to be busy helping fellow rapper Royce Da 5'9" get back on track after admitting that he was an alcoholic.

A report from Blasting News said that the 38-year-old rapper almost lost everything because of his alcohol addiction, but Eminem came to rescue him. He said that he called the "Slim Shady" rapper one day in tears to help him stop drinking. Eminem reportedly brought him to a rehab center and made sure that he was there for him to talk to so he can kick out his nasty habit.

"Every thing that I had on my mind [...] I could say to him and then he would have a story to match that, but probably something even worse," Royce Da 5'9" said in the interview with DJ Vlad.

The rapper also talked about how Eminem helped him in an essay released with his "Medium" album.

"[Eminem] was one of the first people I called. I let him know I needed help. I came back to Detroit and he, Tracy McNew and Paul Rosenberg at Shady Records checked me into this hospital and I went and saw Em's doctor," the rapper wrote as reported by Ecumenical News.

At this moment, Eminem and his camp has yet to announce if he will release a new album within the year.
