First-person, horror shooting game "Dusk" has recently entered early access. The game was made available for testing on Steam on Jan. 11 and has gained mostly positive reviews since then.

The early access version of "Dusk" allows the player to play two of the game's three episodes. The game's Steam page comes with additional information for those interested in playing the early access version. The synopsis on the page reads: "Battle through an onslaught of mystical backwater cultists, possessed militants & even darker forces as you attempt to discover just what lurks beneath the Earth in this retro FPS inspired by the '90s legends."

The game's promotional photos feature dark environments creeping with strange enemies. These enemies range from humanoid creatures with sacks on their heads to other spookier things.

Inspired by "Half-Life," "Quake," and other shooting games from the 90's, "Dusk" is a violent game about survival and staying alive in the midst of chaos and the supernatural.

Many features are still missing from the game's early access version. These additional features most likely will not be implemented till later in the developing phase. However, aside from the two campaign modes, "Dusk" also offers an endless mode for Early Access players to use and test.

"DUSK features an Endless Survival Mode, putting you front and center of wave after wave of enemies. For those looking for an extra challenge, DUSK also offers the chance to go head to head online to battle your friends in arena multiplayer, where darkness hosts the worst of humanity in surprising new ways."

Players can hone their skills in Endless Mode, and entered multiplayer when they feel ready to go toe to toe against their friends and the rest of the game's fanbase.

"Dusk" uploaded its first reveal trailer sometime in 2016. The trailer has been uploaded to Game Spot's YouTube channel. Around a minute long, it featured some of the things that will now be available in Early Access. The game is currently available for purchase on Steam.
