Many of the Duggar girls from "Counting On" are first-time mothers or soon-to-be mothers, so they are really relying on their moms and older sisters for parenting advice.

In order to help others like them, Jinger, Joy-Anna and Kendra have shared with Us Weekly some of the best parenting advice they have received.

Joy-Anna, who welcomed her son Gideon just this February, revealed that she has always been open to advice, especially when it comes to the birthing process and her new life as a mom. One advice she truly treasured was this: "Some of the best advice I received is just to rest before the baby gets here because once the baby is here, you're not going to get rest for a while until he's on a schedule."

Joy-Anna is grateful for the tips given to her by elder sisters Jill and Jessa, especially when it comes to raising a boy. "I've seen their consistency and diligence and I can apply those things to my life and into my parenting," she said.

Meanwhile, Jinger also valued advice about rest. Ever since she became pregnant, Jinger found herself feeling more tired than usual, especially because of her morning sickness and nausea. "If you need to take a nap or lay down in the middle of the day, don't feel bad," she said.

On the other hand, Kendra is just grateful that she is experiencing her pregnancy journey with her sisters-in-law, Jinger and Joy-Anna. "It's been a really unique experience in that we're getting to share all of the different changes that our bodies are going through and can talk about them and encourage each other. It's definitely been nice," she said.

Like Jinger, Kendra also dealt with some terrible morning sickness. Thankfully, that ship has sailed. "During my pregnancy, I've had a lot of morning sickness," she said in a TLC video. "I think it's kind of slowly subsiding, but other than that it's been good!"
