Duggar Family news: Josiah Duggar engaged, what does he do for a living? Duggar couples fond of making out on-screen

There are a lot of things going on in the Duggar family right now, but one of the most interesting has to be Josiah Duggar's engagement. The 21-year-old has been courting family friend Lauren for a while, and she finally said yes.

Josiah shared the moment on an Instagram post, wherein he said he felt like "the most blessed guy on Earth." He also said how he thought God's perfect timing revealed to both that they complete each other.

"The more time I spend with Lauren the more I realize how I can't live without her. There's no one else I'd rather spend my days and grow old with!" Josiah said. He also ended the post with the hashtags #engaged and #weddingplanningbegins so his followers know that wedding bells will be ringing soon.

However, this recent development also got his followers to think about what Josiah actually does for a living. How will he provide for his wife- and family-to-be? It turns out that there is a very simple answer to this. Josiah followed in his father's footsteps and is working in the field of real estate.

Meanwhile, most of the other Duggars have already long-been engaged or married. The family is known for strictness about public display of affection (PDA) before marriage, to the point that couples are embarrassed to touch each other before they actually get wed.

Interestingly, the Duggars are apparently the most romantic people when they get past the pre-wedding phase. Case in point: Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth cannot stop making out on camera on their honeymoon getaway. This is not an isolated incident, either. Jill Duggar and Derrick Dillard, Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald, and even Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar proved to be okay with expressing PDA via kissing on-screen.

However, the supposed rebel of the family Jinger Duggar is the one who has the least PDA shots in the family; in fact, she only ever had one with husband Jeremy Vuolo.
