New episodes of TLC's "Counting On" will be aired this summer, and in it, Jim Bob and Michelle's daughter, Jessa Seewald, is contemplating getting pregnant with baby number three.

Jessa and her husband, Ben Seewald, already have two boys - Spurgeon Elliot and Henry Wilberforce. During a supertease of the show shared by PEOPLE, it looks like Ben is already thinking of their next baby. "What if we have another kid by the end of four years?" he asked his wife.

The Christian couple were also asked how they keep the "spark" alive in their marriage, but Jessa had to confess: "There's days where it feels like we have just hardly any time in the evening together."

"It seems like our family never slows down," she added. Her younger sister, Joy-Anna, quickly chimed in: "You never know what's going to happen next."

In another clip, Jessa said that she can no longer keep up with their family's expansion. "It's crazy how much has changed in our family over the past year and there's so much more to come," she said. "Babies, relationships and milestones are always happening."

Jessa's younger sister Jinger is expected to give birth to her first child with husband Jeremy Vuolo this year, while her younger brother Josiah is now engaged to Lauren Swanson.

She was already rumored to be pregnant with baby number three already, but a Duggar family spokesperson came forward and told E! News that the report is absolutely false.

The rumor was first started when a source reportedly told In Touch that Jessa has another bun in the oven, although she is timing her pregnancy announcement. "Jessa is definitely pregnant and will be making an announcement in April," the insider dished, adding that the reality star is already four months along.

Ben and Jessa "have been keeping the news under wraps, partly because it was in the early stages and also because she did not want to take away from the news that her brother Josiah and Lauren are getting married," the source also alleged.
