Son Goku will have an exciting combat with Monaka for the first time in the upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super."

In the episode, titled "Trouble at the Victory Celebration! Showdown at Last?! Monaka vs. Son Goku," Goku attempts to defeat Monaka in their upcoming match.

According to the synopsis for the upcoming episode, "To celebrate the victory against the team of the 6th Universe, Goku and his friends throw a party at Capsule Corporation! But there it is revealed that Monaka, the supposed Strongest Fighter of the 7th Universe, is actually a weakling!?"

The trailer shows a confrontation between Son Goku and Monaka, where the former is surprised to see his opponent appear during the Team Beerus party.

"Is that you Monaka? I thought you would not come to the party!" Son Goku exclaims. When he realizes that their surprise guest is really the famous Monaka, Son Goku instantly challenges him to a fight. This is finally his chance to fight the famed warrior whom he has wanted to combat with since the beginning of the tournament. Then Son Goku is seen fighting Monaka up in the air.

Son Goku believes that Monaka will be a challenging opponent when the latter managed to beat Hit during their match. But the truth is, Hit was just thrown out of the ring. This is why Monaka was officially declared the winner.

Also, the trailer shows that Piccolo and Vegeta are acting strange during the fight.

"What is wrong with you Piccolo, you are talking in a strange way and why is Vegeta sweating?" the narration says. The voice-over also points out that everyone acts a little strange during the episode.

The "Trouble at the Victory Celebration! Showdown at Last?! Monaka vs. Son Goku" episode of "Dragon Ball Super" is scheduled to air on Sunday, May 8, on Fuji TV.
