The preparations for the upcoming interdimensional tournament will continue in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 29.

The episode entitled "An appointment to determine the match! The captain is a much stronger type as Goku!" centers on the efforts of Beerus and Champa in recruiting fighters for their teams for the tournament that will be held to settle disagreements regarding the use of Super Dragon Balls.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"Beerus and Champa will start a Tenkaichi Budokai-esque competition among their best fighters. If Beerus's team wins, Champa will give him all but one of the Super Dragon Balls. If Champa's squad wins, Beerus will have to switch Earth with him, so that Champa can enjoy universe six's dining delicacies. Let the games begin!"

Spoilers said that the upcoming episode will introduce a mysterious fighter whose strength is enough to take down all of the fighters from the opposite team. According to the spoilers, the fighter will emerge from the team gathered by Beerus.

According to previous reports, Beerus's team will be composed of Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Majin Bu, and a mystery fighter. Champa's fighters are composed of Kyabe, Magetta, Hitto, Botamo, and Frost.

The rules and regulations of the five-on-five tournament will also be revealed in the upcoming episode. It will showcase the never-ending bickering of Beerus and Champa, which will add a hilarious touch to the show.

Meanwhile, the episode will also feature Whis and several other characters from the series as they drop a visit to Bulma's place in an effort to get the last remaining Super Dragon Ball. At the moment, the six planet-sized balls have been collected by Champa, and he needs one more to summon it to grant all the desires of his heart.

The "Dragon Ball Super" episode 29 is slated to be released with English subtitles on Sunday, Jan. 31 on several streaming sites like the Saiyan Watch and the Anime Show.
