"Dragon Ball FighterZ" is coming in about a week, and its pre-launch open beta just concluded last weekend. With issues popping up about players running into problems with the server, another open beta has been announced.

The announcement of this second beta was first hinted while the first open beta was still ongoing. During then, network and server errors were what many players found themselves running across while trying to play the game. Developers Bandai Namco acknowledged the problem and released their statement on it.

As seen in their official Facebook post, the company said, "If we cannot address the issues within a decent amount of time, we will consider extending the Open Beta of Dragon Ball FighterZ." While they did not extend it, they recently just announced on Twitter that "they have decided to do another round of open beta testing (24hr. period)."

They then tweeted again saying that the 24-hour open beta will happen on Jan. 18, 2018 at 12 a.m. EST and will end on Jan. 19, 2018 at 12 a.m. EST as well. There is not anything particularly new with this second round of open beta unless the developers announce otherwise. The focus will be on players getting to access and enjoy the game properly.

That said, fans can expect the same features to be in the beta. There are several modes players can try and a long list of characters to explore. This includes Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, Krillin, Piccolo, Nappa, Android 18, and Beerus.

The game even includes the "Dramatic Scenes," which Bandai Namco was proudly sharing to their fans. For those who do not know, these Dramatic Scenes are game cinematics that imitate iconic scenes from the anime.

"Dragon Ball FighterZ" will be out on Jan. 26, 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. However, the open beta is only available on the console versions.
