Leaked reports about "The House of Wolves" DLC have been going around online this past week, which is why game developer Bungie decided to come out with their own announcement regarding "Destiny's" upcoming expansion pack.

Bungie community manager DeeJ stated that the gaming company will be ready to release the new "Destiny" expansion by the second quarter of the year, which means that it will be in the market sometime in April, May, or June. However, the details of the game's new downloadable content are still unrevealed.

"We're keeping all other details under wraps for now. There is a special team here that's dedicated to creating some new ways for you to play Destiny. They're also making the game you know a better reflection of what we've learned about you since you've started playing," said DeeJ.

However, Gaming Bolt reported some confusing information, saying that a "House of Wolves" file can now be downloaded via the Xbox Store. Based on the report, the alleged file is 9.5 MB, and it can only be downloaded by Xbox players. It reportedly looks like "The Dark Below" when it was first released last year. However, the game developer is still silent about the authenticity of this file.

"Destiny" is experiencing a lot of issues and bugs recently, including the glitches in the game's raid mode, the controversy that was attached to the reported weapons patch. But Bungie will undoubtedly try to improve the game to remove all the bugs that are currently in it.

Does this mean that the issues will be fixed in the upcoming update?

DeeJ mentioned that the next update for "Destiny" will arrive before February ends.

According to the community manager, the Destiny 1.1.1 update will come with a fresh batch of game codes and contents. It is placed in between the last expansion pack and the upcoming one. The highly awaited fixes for the game's heavy ammo will also be featured in this one.
