'Death Stranding' updates: Game not expected to arrive anytime soon as game design not yet done

While many fans are already anticipating the arrival of "Death Stranding," it is suspected that the game will not arrive anytime soon as Hideo Kojima, creator of the game, is not finished with the game design yet.

Last week, Kojima shared on his Twitter account some details on how he works on his games. While he did not mention anything about "Death Stranding," it is believed that the process he shared is in reference to the highly anticipated game.

"Last week I was working mainly on the game design, this week going back to focus on the scenario development," Kojima said on a Twitter post last April 6.

The following day, the game creator turned to Twitter once more to share his process when working on games. According to Kojima, he does game creation every day. While the process of writing, setting, and making specs is done on his desk, he does game design and direction on site.

Kojima also shared on his Twitter post that he is very keen on the details of the game that he works on, especially the models, background, lightings, movements, camera, sound, and effects. In the event that there is something about the game creation that needs tweaking, Kojima said he orders them to be fixed with better ideas.

Despite the series of tweets, though, Kojima has not shared any concrete detail about "Death Stranding," something that is understandable as the game creator said after "Death Stranding's" reveal at last year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) that he fears that certain information from his production might leak.

As of this writing, the only confirmed piece of information on "Death Stranding" is that Guillermo del Toro, Norman Reedus, and Mads Mikkelsen are part of the game as they portray still undisclosed characters. As one of the tweets of Kojima shows the iconic Enchanted Rose from "Beauty and the Beast" beside his computer, some fans can't help but wonder if earlier rumors claiming that Emma Watson will be part of the game are really true or not.
