The much-awaited season 19 premiere of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" will finally start on Monday, and fans are already eager to see the show's latest celebrity roster and pairings as well as the drama that goes with it during the two-hour special.

For this season, former pro dancer Julianne Hough will return to DWTS as a full-time judge. She is the first dancer who has been given the opportunity to have a permanent spot beside Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Len Goodman at the judges' table.

On the other hand, Julianne's brother Derek remains as one of the pro dancers. The five-time champion will be dancing with YouTube sensation Bethany Mota for this season.

Some viewers are worried that Julianne might give a special consideration to her brother. However, she told TVGuide during an interview that any favoritism toward her sibling will not happen. "Maybe I'll even be more honest with Derek because he's my brother. It'd be different if it was like my mom or something. I don't want to hurt my mom's feelings. But it's Derek. We're friends. We're buddies. We're honest with each other. We were on tour this summer. We've definitely called each other out on our stuff. If anything, I might be even harder on him," she said.

Meanwhile, DWTS announced its complete new line-up via "Good Morning America" last Sept. 4, and a fan site called PureDWTS shared some spoilers about the routine and songs that the pairs will perform, including:

  • Antonio Sabato Jr. and Cheryl Burke– Cha Cha Cha (Song: "Tonight (I'm Loving You)" by Enrique Iglesias)
