'Dancing With the Stars' 2015 cast rumors; season 21 premiere in September

Fresh from the success of "Dancing With the Stars" season 20, ABC recently confirmed that season 21 will begin in September.

The network announced on Twitter that the 21st season of the long-running dance reality show will begin on Sept. 14, and the first Results Show will be aired on Sept. 22. It means that the celebrity contestants in the fall 2015 season will be able to perform for two nights before learning who will be the first one to get the boot.

Also, the network revealed that "Dancing With the Stars: The Results" will be aired from 9 to 11 p.m., two full hours instead of just one. However, ABC did not provide any explanation why the results night will be aired for two hours.

The list of the new celebrity contestants for "Dancing With the Stars" season 21 has yet to be announced, but several speculations have been going around for some time already. Early rumors claimed that Rob Kardashian is in talks to return to the show, while his former stepdad Bruce Jenner, now named Caitlyn Jenner, is also being considered to be one of the celebrities who will compete this season. But none of the rumors has been confirmed.

Recently, speculations claim that Demi Moore, the famous mother of season 20's Mirror Ball trophy winner Rumer Willis, is interested in joining the show next season. The Hollywood Life reportedly spotted a report from the upcoming issue of Star Magazine claiming that Moore is thinking about joining the popular dance reality competition. According to an undisclosed source, she is looking for ways to revamp her dwindling career, and joining the show could help her do that. However, the actress and her camp have yet to confirm or deny the rumors regarding her alleged appearance in "Dancing With the Stars" season 21.
