Fresh from filming her movie "The Book of Henry," Maddie Ziegler finally returns to "Dance Moms" season 6. Her first major competition since her comeback takes place in the show's next episode titled "Nia Saves the Day."
In her routine, Ziegler will be joined by Brynn Rumfallo, who was previously invited by dance instructor Abby Lee Miller to join the show. The youngster has shown her dancing prowess many times, which is why Miller did not think twice about calling her back.
Miller believes that Rumfallo is a very fitting replacement for Ziegler, who missed the initial episodes to shoot scenes for her upcoming film. While Rumfallo returned in "Dance Moms" season 6 to initially substitute Maddie, it looks like she will enjoy a longer stay.
Even though Ziegler is already around, Miller is yet to send Rumfallo packing, which put the young dancer's mom Ashlee under the impression that her daughter will be competing for Abby Lee Dance Crew for a long while.
In fact, in "Dance Moms" season 6 episode 9, Rumfallo will be sharing the spotlight with Ziegler. Ashlee also seems to be doing everything she can to secure a spot for her daughter on the team for good.
The trailer for the next "Dance Moms" season 6 episode teases that Miller will be asking Ashlee for help with some paperwork, which the latter is willing to do in exchange for a solo performance for her daughter.
Miller did not promise she will give what Rumfallo's mom is asking for but it looks like Ashlee does Miller the favor anyway. It is beginning to look like the dance instructor found an assistant in Ashlee, prompting other moms to call her Miller's "BFF."
Meanwhile, the "Dance Moms" season 6 episode is called "Nia Saves the Day" because she will fill in for Kalani Hilliker, who sustains a back injury prior to her performance with Kendall Vertes against Rumfallo and Ziegler.
"Dance Moms" season 6 episode 9 "Nia Saves the Day" airs March 1 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
