Dance instructor Abby Lee Miller's legal battles continue to take her away from the girls in the next "Dance Moms" season 6 episode titled "Debbie Allen to the Rescue." She reveals to her elite junior team that she won't be around that much and leaves them a piece of advice.

"When you step out on that stage, I want you to be what people expect you to be, especially when I'm not here," Abby tells the young dancers in the promo for the episode.

The clip also teases that her stress over her legal woes pushed her to kick the girls out of the studio.

She tells the girls that she has "things to do" and "battles to fight" as she attempts to explain her absence in "Dance Moms" season 6. This pushed the moms to turn to Debbie Allen, who did not think twice in letting the group use her studio to prepare for Sheer Talent Competition in Phoenix.

[Spoiler Alert!] It looks like Allen was a big help to the girls because their group routine "Well Oiled Machine" won first place in the teen division of the Sheer Talent Competition. Kalani Hilliker landed at the top spot in the teen division for contemporary piece "Phoenix Star," while Kendall Vertes also won second place for her jazz performance "Curiosity."

ADLC newcomer Brynn Rumfallo also took the first place in the preteen, lyrical division for her routine, "Mystical Beauty." Despite being the newest member, Rumfallo was chosen by Miller as the new leader of the group.

Maddie Ziegler, who is often rumored as Miller's favorite student, is leaving the show after the current season to pursue film-related endeavors. Miller feels that Rumfallo has what it takes to be at the top billing of the group.

Fans will see how all that happens in "Dance Moms" season 6, episode 7 "Debbie Allen to the Rescue," which will air Feb. 16 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
