Some are born to be dancers while others learn it as they grow older. Twelve-year-old "Dance Moms" star Maesi Caes definitely seems like she was born to dance. With her moves being such a hit on any social media platform, she has even made her own dance move which takes skills even for experienced dancers.

Her now signature move, which everyone now calls the "Whack Back," demands a lot of flexibility on the dancer's body. Multiple videos on her Instagram account feature the "Whack Back" where she jumps and lands on the floor solely on her palms, with legs on a split while it touches the ground behind her head. It almost seems hard to imagine, but that is exactly where Caes shines.

Cosmopolitan featured her in a video on their Facebook page and it has since then received nearly 1.5 million views and seven thousand shares. Up until this day, people still comment on the video, complimenting the flexibility Caes has and what she can do with it.

Simply checking her Instagram will show fans her life as a dancer as well as videos of her crazy dance routines. Caes is a seventh grader from Altoona, Iowa but when "Dance Moms" producers saw her videos from YouTube and Instagram last year, they just had to ask her to come over to Los Angeles and be featured on the show, which she did. During one night after the show, the then 10-year-old Caes stayed in the Abby Lee Dance Company where she then made her most popular dance video on Instagram.

She recently shared the video commemorating its one-year anniversary. The original post had nearly 1.7 million views, according to Access Hollywood. She has since then appeared on "America's Got Talent," "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and even on Justin Bieber's tour last year.
