Dallas Cowboys NFL trade rumors 2018: Isaiah Wynn, Vita Vea may be best picks to improve team's roster

Mock drafts for the National Football League (NFL) team Dallas Cowboys indicate that Isaiah Wynn may be one of the best picks the team will make in the upcoming draft. The offensive guard is of value on his own, but more interesting is his potential to make his teammates shine further by rounding up the overall offensive line for the Cowboys.

Granted, getting a good offensive guard may not be on the list of priorities for the Cowboys. It seems that they should be more concerned about a wide receiver and the defensive line. However, if they ever get a chance to get Wynn on the team, they should grab it.

Being an experienced left tackle, Wynn could complement the team's current lineup. He could be the athlete that would let players like Ezekiel Eliott and Dak Prescott make excellent plays.

It should be noted that the Cowboys put Demarcus Lawrence with a franchise tag. To that end, they still need to improve their interior defensive line, and a good way to do that is to bring in a player who can withstand the opposing team's offensive blockers. One name that comes to mind is Vita Vea, a defensive tackle from Washington.

There were also rumors that Seattle Seahawks' Earl Thomas will be playing for the Cowboys this 2018. Thomas himself hinted at a future trade when he said to Cowboys coach Jason Garett that they should "get" him if they "have the chance."

Yet it seems that the chances of Thomas playing for Cowboys fast approached zero when it was reported that the athlete is staying with the Seahawks, after all. He just had his contract renewed for a possible long-term agreement with his current team. His base salary for 2018 reportedly amounts to $8.5 million.

In any case, there is no shortage of great picks for the Dallas Cowboys. Fans may see them improve on their areas of weakness with their upcoming picks.
