It has been a long time since CD Projekt Red announced that it would be releasing its biggest open world RPG title yet, "Cyberpunk 2077," although the exact launch date of the game is still up in the air. The studio behind the successful game series, "The Witcher," has only teased tiny bits of information regarding the upcoming game's scope. However, a recent insider leak reveals a major gameplay feature, which will take the players to an adventure on the moon.

"Cyberpunk 2077" promises an out-of-this-world experience to the players as the game will be set in a futuristic environment. However, the latest report from Game Pressure suggests that the game will not only transcend the present timeline, but also go beyond the boundary of the world by going to the moon. The insider claimed that "Cyberpunk 2077" will allow players to explore moon for a "fragment" of the game.

Furthermore, it was reported that Cracow studio, a subset of the CD Projekt Red studio, will be the one in charge of the "Cyberpunk 2077" moon adventure. The report does not indicate specific details regarding this portion of the game, although the public is advised to take this information with a grain of salt for the meantime. To note, Game Pressure's source is the same one that suggested a first-person setting for "Cyberpunk 2077," in spite of the fact that CD Projekt Red already confirmed that the game will be a first and third-person experience.

Meanwhile, the public may soon hear the major details from CD Projekt Red about "Cyberpunk 2077" as evidenced by some big changes in the studio's latest financial report. According to Screen Rant, the company's management board adjusted the distribution of dividends to CD Projekt Red's stakeholders for this year, as most of the funds will be allocated for promotion and marketing. Knowing that "Cyberpunk 2077" is the studio's forthcoming project, it is believed that CD Projekt Red is about to start an all-out promotion for the game, with the possibility of the release date being revealed sometime this year.

It is likely that CD Projekt Red will attend the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2018 this June to make a big announcement in connection to "Cyberpunk 2077." Aside from the release date, the studio may finally reveal a full-length trailer for the game, as well as some gameplay details.
