Jill Dillard and husband Derick Dillard will not be returning to the show, as news of the family's church moving surfaces.

Jill and Derick were missing from the latest "Counting On" promotional photo last week, following the controversy surrounding the latter's seemingly sexist comments regarding fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings and her show "I am Jazz," and his subsequent termination from TLC's "Counting On." Jill will also not be returning since it will be hard for her to appear on the reality show without her husband. The couple played big roles in "Counting On" and their presence was integral to the show.

Derick revealed on his Instagram page news of Cross Church moving to another location. Cross Church has long been the religious homestay of the Duggars, and this is another big change for the large family. The church is reportedly moving to a bigger location still within Fayetteville, North Carolina. The move is said to provide the church with better facilities such as a wider parking space, and a larger hall that can fit more members.

Whether this may be another reason that coincides with the departure of Jill and Derick from the show, the focus has now shifted to Jill's siblings, the other Duggars, Joy-anna, Jinger and Josiah.

With Joy-anna currently pregnant, fans of the show eagerly await the welcoming of the new baby. If Joy-anna gives birth in time, the footage may still be in time for this upcoming season.

Meanwhile, sister Jinger has also been targeted by the press recently, as news of her own pregnancy is announced. However, Jinger's pregnancy is still in its early months, and due to recording time, fans may not see much of her baby bump until late this season.

Things are heating up for Josiah in New Zealand as news of him breaking "Duggar courtship rules" circulate. Josiah recently started courting Lauren Swanson in his second attempt at love, and has been a target of recent news for getting too close to Swanson during courtship.
